It depends on the size of the event and the number of participants registered. The platform can support a range of 10 to 500 people (approximately).

2. How long does it take to create an event?

The time required to create an event varies. General meetings between a few groups of people that do not require registration can be created much faster. However, if an event involves an extremely large volume of registration requests, the approval process may take 1-2 weeks to provide downstream carriers and providers.

3. What support options do you offer?

We offer email and chat support. Additionally, during live events, our team will be available to provide support throughout the duration of the event.

4. How many people can join a room/space at one time?

If an event only requires one speaker and the rest of the participants are the audience, the platform can support more than 500 attendees at a time. However, if the event involves multiple participants, speakers, and performers from different locations, the limit may be set at 500.

5. Are there any sponsor booths available?

Yes, you can have multiple concurrent activities: sessions, workshops, or live events. Simply select the package that suits your needs, and we will provide advice and customization to ensure the best outcome for the event you are hosting.

9. Does the platform support tracking? Can we measure user activity during the event?

Yes, the platform supports user tracking by recording and identifying the elements on which users comment or click. You can view user sessions as they attend the events, allowing you to measure user activity.

VGE Digital supports all mobile devices, laptops, and tablets with cameras, speakers, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

11. Does the platform support other languages besides English?

While the platform primarily operates in English, it can support other languages by linking with AI or Chatbot services.

12. Can I lock my event room/workshop before it starts?

As the organizer of your event, you have full control over access to your event room or workshop. You can set a start time and end time, which will automatically lock and unlock the event room or workshop each day of the event.

We support a variety of VR headsets, including Oculus Rift, Google Cardboard, Merge VR Goggles, Samsung Giant VR, and many more.

14. How long will my event be open post-event closing?

The beauty of virtual events is that you can keep them open post-event for as long as you like. You can post event replays, keep session insights, announce award winners, and make resales for the next event. For hosting fees post-event, please get in touch with our onboarding team.

For the best results when using any online events app, we recommend having an internet connection with a download speed in the range of 10-25 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 3 Mbps.

19. Can we have paid sponsorships on the platform?

Yes, virtual event sponsorships are a great way to engage clients and customers and make your virtual event stand out.

20. Can exhibitors book their booths through the floor plan online?
